**What Are We About?**:
As a member of the Registrar’s Office team, Records Specialists provide pro-active coordination, related to the registration of all full and part-time students (day, evening, post-secondary and non-post-secondary) including implementation and maintenance of all Records processes and systems, including managing documentation for each student from Registration to Graduation.

Responsible for the accurate maintenance of the active and historical student records system, this role monitors processes which impact the integrity of the student information system, especially within the assigned Schools. As Specialist for these Schools, the incumbent provides overall coordination, documentation and process recommendations for all related records procedures. This role also prepares student records to ensure a seamless graduation audit process.

The incumbent provides detailed verbal and written communication to directly to students and the college community, regarding wide variety of information which reflects excellent and timely service.
