**Responsibilities**:

- Bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Ensure all food are cooked, built and packaged according to Mary Brown’s recipe guidelines
- Review daily prep list and maintain level of prepared food to cater to peak demands
- Assisting in the kitchen with food preparation and cooking
- Sanitizing work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping as well as cleaning of equipment throughout shift
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Ensures food safety and health and safety practices are adhered to in accordance with company policies
- Ensures that all orders are completed quickly and served in the right condition, at the right temperature and at the right time
- Maintains all related work areas and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping as well as cleaning of equipment throughout shift
- Ensure all food are built and packaged according to Mary Brown’s recipe guidelines
- Review daily prep list and maintain level of prepared food to cater to peak demands
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are met
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors
- Retail math knowledge is a plus, but not required

Policy
- Adhere to all policies and plans through communication, action, and consistent enforcement.
- Effectively and efficiently perform all job functions following policy and leading by example.
- Stays up to date on all training as required and follows all health and safety, and sanitation policies enforcing with disciplinary action as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- One year of experience in customer service
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- High level of integrity and work ethic

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Certified in recognized Safe Food Handling program preferred
- First Aid & WHMIS certificate preferred
- Must be bondable

Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
