**Shift Energy Group** is hiring a **Customer Success Specialist** to deliver exceptional service and support across our solar and energy storage projects in the Vancouver region. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term relationships with customers.

We're a leader in designing and building solar and energy storage projects across Canada. We work on residential, commercial, off-grid, and on-grid projects, offering comprehensive solar and energy storage solutions tailored to diverse energy needs.

**About the Role**:
 As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the key liaison between Shift and our residential and commercial clients — ensuring their journey from contract to completion is smooth, well-communicated, and aligned with our high standards. You'll coordinate across internal teams to solve issues, manage expectations, and keep customers informed at every step.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to resolve customer concerns quickly
- Track and manage customer interactions, feedback, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling updates and coordination across departments
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of customer success, account management, or customer service experience — ideally in construction, clean tech, or home services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Comfortable using CRM tools and project tracking systems
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for clean energy and project management
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
