**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications.
- Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for mixing and pouring concrete.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on installation tasks.
- Perform flooring installation as required, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Proficient in using power tools relevant to concrete work.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Pay: $21.40-$44.26 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
