Meat Production Worker is tasked with ensuring the precise execution of grinding processes by customer orders and specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate grinding machinery to process meat for various products such as sausages, ground beef, ground pork, and ground chicken.
- Select appropriate grinding plates to achieve the desired particle size.
- Load meat into the machine hopper and position containers to collect the ground meat.
- Start and monitor the grinding process.
- Utilize power-operated cleavers or slicers to prepare meat chunks for grinding, if required.
- Weigh and select meat from the cooler room for grinding, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably possess prior experience in meat grinding, particularly in burger production, although not mandatory.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude and ability to adhere to instructions.
- Familiarity with working in a food production environment, especially in meat processing and packaging, and the ability to work in cold conditions is advantageous.
- An understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within a production setting, especially in food processing, is desirable.
- Capacity to learn and follow established procedures, including adherence to food safety and handling protocols.
- Strong communication skills and above-average organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull items weighing up to 70lbs, and to stand, bend, lift, and carry items throughout an 8-plus hour shift.
- Comfortable working in a cool/freezer environment with temperatures ranging from -10°C to +4°C.
- Proficient in maintaining steady hand and arm movements and keen attention to detail at close range.
- Effective problem-solving skills and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
