**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our growing team As a member of our event staff, you will play a crucial role in bringing our artistic visions to life. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for event planning and design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and teardown of event decor and installations.
- Coordinate with event designers and other team members to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide on-site support during events, including guest assistance and maintaining the appearance of event spaces.
- Manage inventory and organization of event materials and supplies.
- Drive trucks to and from event locations, ensuring safe and timely transportation of materials.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual tasks as required for event setup and teardown.
- Ensure all events meet the high standards of quality and luxury associated with Happy Fairy Art.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating beautiful, memorable experiences.
