***Join Kin’s Farm Market as our**IT Specialist** — a key member of our Support Centre team. You’ll support over 20 store locations, with direct impact on daily operations across everything from in-store systems to the cloud.**

**What You’ll Do**

***As an**IT Specialist**, As our IT Specialist, you’ll take ownership of IT systems across all stores and our head office**

***Technical Support**

**- **Provide hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, monitors, telephone systems, and mobile devices**:

- **Set up and maintain store and office workstations (hardware and software)**:

- **Offer front-line IT support to store and head office staff**:

- **Support remote store locations via VPN and remote access tools**
- **Maintain IT inventory and documentation of service issues and resolutions**

***Systems Administration**

**- **Ensure network, VPN, and server reliability across all locations**:

- **Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and software updates**:

- **Maintain antivirus and endpoint protection across all systems**

**Development & Reporting**

**- **Assist with database support, report generation, and automation tasks**:

- **Maintain and enhance internal systems for inventory, ordering, transfers, claims, and reporting**:

- **Collaborate with departments to deliver IT tools that improve workflow**

**Compliance & Security**

**- **Enforce IT security best practices including access control and data protection**:

- **Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with company and legal standards**:

- **Monitor systems for potential risks and recommend proactive solutions**

**What You Bring**

**- **Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field**:

- **5+ years of recent IT support experience, ideally in a multi-location or retail setting**:

- **Strong skills in hardware and network troubleshooting**- **Windows environments**:

- **Switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, and remote access**
- **Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server**:

- **Experience with development and reporting tools like**:**- **SSRS, SSIS, C#,.NET, Access, VBA, HTML/CSS/JavaScript**:

- **Strong MS SQL skills are a must**
- **Strong communication and customer service skills**:

- **Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities**:

- **Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and accounting knowledge is an asset**
