**The Warehouse / Driver associate is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager on the daily operations and profitability of the branch according to business plans and objectives along with making deliveries to specific clients/customers**

**Job Duties**:

- **Support the Sales Manager in all aspects of the day to day operation of the store.**:

- **Load and unload goods**
- **Use maps and other trip planning aids**
- **Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems**
- **Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle**

*service.
- Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
- Maximize store and personal profitability through suggestive selling, add-on sales

techniques, and a strong closing rate.
- Foster and build a positive work environment.
- Assist in driving merchandising directives and standards to achieve financial targets.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company's products, services, promotions, programs and

leads

calendars and folders, online document editing and storage, video meetings, and more Required Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in the customer service industry
- Knowledge of the construction industry and building related products and tools
- Proven customer service skills and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing using
- License class G2 or greater

- Monday to Friday
