Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Investments, you will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze investment data for strategic review by the Director of Investments (DI) and other Executives
- Assist in the preparation of acquisition underwriting and due diligence, and prepare any other relevant reporting reasonably requested by the DI and Executives from time to time
- Formulate valuations and forward-looking projections in accordance with strategic asset plans
- Administer for and provide complete listings of all current mortgages and debt facilities including outstanding balances, interest rates, expiries, and repayment penalties
- Prepare and assist in preparation of valuations, due diligence and returns analyses as required for disposition and refinancing activities
- Coordinate and prepare valuation and due diligence for appraisal activities used in annual appraisal cycles

**Requirements**:

- Working toward their University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor a significant number of projects simultaneously
- Sets high standards for work quality, is self-directed, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Works effectively in a team environment and able to modify interpersonal style to work effectively
