**Job Title**:Sales Representative
- Greet all customers who enter the presentation center, offer information about our projects and give tours of our upcoming Show Home
- Actively maintain the company's reputation and promote the Real Estate
- Complete all sales training that will be provided by HOMEI Group
- Must have a strong customer service background and love talking to the public
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with all questions and concerns they may have
- Provide a weekly report of customer and sales information to the sales manager
- Keep in touch with former and existing customers, building strong relationships with all of our clients
- Assist in solving customers' after-sales issues and provide ongoing support for all of our clients
- Help to develop marketing strategies and meet sales targets as per weekly company goals
- Assist the sales manager in completing project extension activities and social media activities
- Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the facilities at the presentation center
