**Responsibilities**

As an** Accounting & Administrative Technician**, you will have the following role:

- Responsible for accounts payable and/or receivable;
- Work closely with the accounting teams of the different divisions;
- Participate in the preparation of files for auditors;
- Provide different documents during audits;
- Scanning of documents;
- Entry of orders in the computer system;
- Follow-up of orders and inventories;
- Verification of invoices;
- Coordinate with different carriers the transport of orders;
- Output merchandise orders in SAP.
- Technical training in accounting (DEP/DEC or equivalent);
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting;
- Bilingual;
- Resourceful ;
- Knowledge of computer systems (SAP) is an asset;
- Mastery of the Office suite and more specifically excellent Excel skills;
- Good judgment and attention to detail;
- Organizational skills, timeliness and priority management.
