Our team works together and you will be the backbone of our team to provide them all the support they need in order to build a bigger business. **This job is not ideal for you if**: - Your working style is ‘single-tasking’ and not ‘multi-tasking’ - You want to be small part of a big business - You have ‘this is not my job’ mentality - Your room and closet stays cluttered, and you are not an organized person - You don’t think about how to help the team succeed - You don’t like ownership or accountability - You are laid back and procrastinate things - If you are super organized in your daily life - you know where the things exactly are in your closet, kitchen, or house when someone asks you to find it. - You are a multi-tasker with ‘bring it on’ attitude - You want to be a significant part of a small high performing team - You can manage the warehouse and operations very well and become the person in charge of making things easier for the team - You have great interpersonal and communications skills - verbal and written - You have a basic understanding of how a warehouse works and are a crazy quick learner - If you have already determined by now to look up our company on Linkedin, social media and its website and have done so by now - If you are active and can lift things that weigh 35+ lbs If this sounds like you and if you are looking for a role with potential for growth and advancement, this opportunity is for you **Responsibilities/ Duties**: Your role will majorly revolve around the following activities: - Receiving of goods - Inventory management - Processing orders online on the system - Invoicing - Processing, picking and packing orders in the warehouse - Handling customer inquiries from time to time - Customer service follow up - Keeping the warehouse neat and organized to ensure products are always easily locatable and accessible - Supporting the team with other ad hoc activities This position will report directly to the Manager of the company and with their help you will learn all aspects of warehouse & operations.
