**What do you need'**
- Current Optician license in the province of Ontario
- Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent patient service
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Motivational skills that will energise your team and drive success
- Financial understanding of sales, targets and budgets
- PC skills to use iOS and Microsoft platforms
- Be an enthusiastic learner and teacher
