Martin Group is seeking an individual to join our construction team. Over the years, we have built single-family homes, apartment buildings, self-storage sites, and gaming facilities. We also renovate, update, and upscale our buildings as necessary. This position offers the ability to learn a variety of skills in a variety of settings. **Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Carry materials and tools to various locations as directed by supervisors.
- Support skilled tradespeople by performing tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Must have valid driver's licence and the physical capacity to fulfill the requirements of the job description.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
