We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and physically capable **Part-Time Driver/Mover & Supervisor** to join our team. In this flexible role, you will not only assist with moving and transporting furniture and goods for our clients, but also **take a lead role in overseeing on-site operations and ensuring company standards are upheld.**

This position will require leadership skills, interacting with customers and taking payment., problem solving skills, work well with a team, assist in loading and unloading items, and be comfortable with tools to assemble and disassemble furniture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely drive a 26' straight truck (Class G License required) to meet at warehouse
- Supervise and manage a team of movers on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies
- Assist with loading and unloading furniture, appliances, and other goods
- Ensure all items are handled with care and properly protected during the move
- Oversee job timelines and customer satisfaction during moves
- Assemble and disassemble furniture using basic tools
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Collect payments

**Requirements**:

- **Own transportation** (reliable vehicle is required for travel to warehouse)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work long days as needed
- Moving experience is a plus
- Experience in a leadership position is a plus
- DIY experience is a plus

**Physical demands**:

- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, kneel and climb stairs
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds throughout the day
- Long workday/hours

**Work Environment**:

- May occasionally work in extreme temperatures
- May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces
