- Knowledge and proficiency in operating equipment with GPS systems required
- Perform excavation, grading, and earthmoving tasks as per project requirements
- Must be able to preform finish grade with multiple pieces of equipment
- Plan and execute operational activities to avoid schedule delays
- Operate equipment in tight work areas and in proximity of workers, underground utilities, overhead power lines
- Operate excavators and dozers safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant safety guidelines, standards, and regulations
- Maintaining, cleaning, and fueling of equipment

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Experience with GPS machine control and survey equipment required
- CSTS-09 or CSTS 20
- WHMIS 2015
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
