**Your days will include**:

- Assisting Settlement process for new foreign workers as needed.
- Supporting the Sr. Immigration Manager
- Maintaining current SOPs and updating as needed.
- Scanning and filing electronic documents and copies.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and creating reports.

**To succeed in this role you must possess**:

- 1 year office experience.
- Able to communicate with those where English is a second language.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint presentation.
- Extremely accurate and detailed.
- Great at managing change.
- Ability to work as a member of a team, and independently.
- Good strategic thinking skills.
- Manage stress and multiple demands and change well.
- High School - formal or on-the-job computer training/ experience, and/or administrative assistant training/experience are assets.
