Reporting to the Store Management team, you will lead operations of the Grocery department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and productivity is consistently maintained.

**About the Job**:

- You’ll help hire, train, manage and motivate your team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- You’ll manage ordering and inventory of grocery items
- You’ll communicate to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

**Pay for this job**:
**Starting Range**: $25.75-$30.00

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

**Growth Range**:Up to $35.00

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years' supervisory or management experience in a grocery retail environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
