**In this role you will**:

- Respect visual and artistic standards and ensure that the material produced is consistent.
- Understand and be part of the artistic bible of each project and share them to the team.
- Design attractive visuals inspired by new IP or existing properties.
- Leading some interdepartmental artistic discussions.
- Actively participate in the definition, maintenance and development of the artistic vision.
- Guide and supervise the team according to the dynamics established by the Art Director.
- Stay informed of best practices and communicate them to the team and discover the most effective competitive ideas.
- Approve visual elements and define quality standards according to the dynamics of the Artistic Director.
- Give feedback and guide external partners in maintaining a cohesive vision and brand.

**What we're looking for**:

- A prior experience as an Associate Art Director and have delivered at least two titles of high quality and varied styles.
- Experience in customer management and ability to adapt to original or existing intellectual property, internal or external in a video game context.
- Recognized competence in conceptual and global thinking on various projects and brands.
- Good understanding of the different artistic phases on a production process.
- Excellent innovation skills and excellent understanding of the creative process.
- Ability to present visual direction to the development team.
- Strong interest in video games, movies, comics and art culture to support the horror genre and the artistic variety we provide on a game as DBD.
- Passionate about and inspired by the horror genre, regularly bringing fresh and exciting ideas to your tasks and brainstorming sessions with the Art Director.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and oral.

- Concevoir des visuels attrayants inspirés de nouvelles licences ou de propriétés existantes ;
- Diriger certaines discussions artistiques interservices ;
- Participer activement à la définition, au maintien et au développement de la vision artistique ;
- Guider et superviser l’équipe selon la dynamique établie par le-la Directeur-rice Artistique ;
- Se tenir informé-e des meilleures pratiques et les communiquer à l’équipe, tout en découvrant les idées concurrentielles les plus efficaces ;
- Approuver les éléments visuels et définir les standards de qualité selon la dynamique du-de la Directeur-rice Artistique ;
- Donner du feedback et orienter les partenaires externes pour maintenir une vision et une identité cohérentes.
