Our product range includes fully biodegradable forks, spoons, plates, bowls, straws, cups, cutting boards, and more, made from corn starch, PLA, and other biodegradable materials. We serve both B2B and B2C markets, catering to commercial users and individual households.

**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Representative (Key Accounts) at ECOSERVE CANADA INC., you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential clients across North America (Canada and the US). You will focus on building relationships and securing sales channels with major offline retailers such as Walmart, Whole Foods Market, Save-on-Foods and other supermarket chains and grocery stores. This position offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement, allowing you to contribute to our success and expansion in the North American market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Focus on developing sales channels with major retail and supermarket chains in North America.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and product knowledge **is a must.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Ability to work legally in Canada (preferably PR or citizen).
- Experience with biodegradable and compostable products is a plus.
