- $1 for Nights- ** Position Summary**
- Inspection and testing of all PVC pipe produced within the facility or transferred from off site.

**Education and Experience**- Perform In-coming Materials Inspection
- Support Manufacturing Processes
- Perform First Article Inspection and Record Results
- Perform In-Process Inspection and Record Results
- Perform Final Inspection and Record Results
- Create and Maintain Inspection Sheets
- Maintain Product Traceability Sheets
- Perform Re-Inspection on any Reworked and Repaired Items.
- Complete all Testing at Required Frequencies.
- Perform Calibration and Maintain Records of all Measuring and Testing Equipment.
- Control Non-Conforming Material for Receiving, In-Process, and Final Inspection.
- Support the Team in Disposition of Non-Conforming Material.
- Release 'on hold' products for shipments/recycling
- Coordinate QC Procedures
- Control Production Drawings
- Create Monthly QC Summary Reports.
- All other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in QC an asset
- Experiences with MS office, excel, word
- Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms.
