SALARY: $90,000 - $100,000 Annually

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong working relationships with internal peers and external contacts. Create a productive working environment to the team and provide feedback/coaching as required
- Optimize routines and processes with BC Liquor Distribution Branch, Order Treatment, Deployment and Commercial Teams to efficiently forecast and manage inventory levels, sale order execution and shipments into BCLDB DC’s
- BCLDB Scorecard Management
- Operate in a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility to deal with multiple, and sometimes, diverging priorities simultaneously.
- Facilitate development and integration of 1-3-5 year plan initiatives.
- Process management within the defined SAP, Management Control & Reporting System, Voyageur Plant Optimization routine, Distribution Process Optimization and Advanced Planning System planning processes
- Strong understanding of the budget, LE, and actual performance, allowing for proactive identification and implementation of cost improvement opportunities.
- Inventory accuracy within the warehouse operations
- Accountable for problem solving initiatives to improve identified areas of the warehouse operations.
- Develop and manages relationship with transportation carriers across all T2 lanes into BCLDB DC’s and outside storage facility
- Track and reports out on transport and warehousing KPIs daily, weekly, monthly
- Reduce cost escalations related to transportation through initiatives such as award carrier compliance, detention, refusals and accessorial charge reduction
- Support the implantation of transportation technologies such as TMS (BY/JDA)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business or industry related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required
- Experience: 3-5 years Logistics experience in warehousing, transport, and logistics support. Proven leadership skills, with good business sense. Proven ability to manage interpersonal relationships through the reporting structure.
- Proven ability to achieve superior results. Ability to lead and develop talent in a changing environment. Proven experience in warehouse and transportation management.
- Solid understanding of distribution and customer service, beer/RTD industry and all key cost drivers.
- Strong leadership skills required
- Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotive issues
- Proficient in using SAP
