About The Job
- Lead in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects
- Perform residential service & install work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems
- Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives
- Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Strive to make each customer experience outstanding for our customers
- Contribute to Shines high standards of health and safety

Education/Experience/Skills
- Must be a level 3 Apprentice or Journeyperson
- Background in residential electrical work
- Must have demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Clear criminal record
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment
- Strong customer service skills and good communication skills
