**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Conduct room and public area checks, clean guest rooms and assist in laundry as required
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures related to cleaning operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the facility.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning environments, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as safety procedures related to their use.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $15.75-$17.00 per hour
