**Requirements**:
Must have good working knowledge of landscape construction materials and techniques, including: natural stone, precast stone, retaining walls, grading, sodding, planting, etc.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings. Experience with skid steer loaders, excavators, compaction equipment, concrete saws, etc.

Manage a crew of 3 to 4 people. Must be able to work well with others and be able to lead, motivate, instruct and delegate the crew with strong leadership and communication skills.

Valid and clean driver's licence and driving abstract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
