**Job description**

Are you a mermaid at heart who loves diving into the deep end? Or maybe a dolphin enthusiast who can't get enough of the water? Well, we have the perfect opportunity for you

We're on the hunt for a fun-loving and experienced swim instructor to join our team. As a swim instructor, you'll have the opportunity to teach people of all ages and skill levels how to swim in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment while sharing your passion for swimming.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach the ins and outs of swimming to all kinds of swimmers, from tiny tots to seasoned swimmers
- Follow our aquatic methodology and lesson plans that cater to individual needs and goals
- Keep our swimming areas spick and span to make sure everyone has a safe and fun experience
- Provide students with feedback and encouragement to help them improve their swimming skills.
- Keep parents in the loop on their or their child's progress

**Qualifications**:

- You must be able to swim like a fish (or at least a very good swimmer)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a swim instructor
- Great communication skills that can make a shark blush
- Ability to work with people of all ages and levels of experience
- Current CPR-C and SFA Certification
- Current NLS Certification

**Licence/Certification**:

- NLS Certification (required)
- SFA & CPR-C (required)

**Schedule**:Monday through Thursday 9am to 2pm: 20hrs/week
