**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Yard operations (Container Gates, storage and repair).
- Managing M&R teams.
- Managing the administrative personnel (Estimating and organizing container repairs Input of estimates and invoices).
- Scheduling and staffing.
- Depot efficiency.
- Updating terminal equipment maintenance system and dispatching equipment maintenance.
- Conduct ongoing safety audits, meet with individual staff members, host safety meetings and participate or direct other work activities designed to promote work safety and encourage continuing education among staff members.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately.
- Facility to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and Office.
