**_APPLIANCE INSTALLER_**

Reporting to the Installations Manager and working 35 to 40 hours per week, this position is ideal for an experienced professional looking for stability with a world class organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install major appliances, such as domestic dishwashers, refrigerators, wall ovens, stove tops, coffee makers and laundry machines, in customer's home
- Refer to schematic diagrams or product manuals and disassemble
- Provide customer with operating instructions and demonstrations
- Close orders on lap top and provide documentation to customer and company
- Plan service routes
- Regular communicating with installations manager

**Requirements**:

- Specialized college or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and/or HVAC or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and commitment to quality care
- PC proficiency a must for our highly advanced service department procedures
- Experience with European equipment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
