**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Job Duties that require standing, walking and reaching
- Exposure to a hot environment during warm weather
- Repetition of tasks and duties
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand work
- Lifting between 5-15 lbs, sometimes continuously
- Working safely at all times and within customer quality specifications
- Wags increases occur at regular intervals until the current top rate is reached. There is a shift premium on afternoons shift.
Shifts are non-rotating and are 8 hours with paid lunches and breaks.
Dana Canada provides Medical (90% coverage), Dental, STD, AD&D and Life Insurance benefits, with the company paying 90% of the premium. Dana Canada, Oakville also provides a defined Contribution pension plan, with the company making contributions to the plan on behalf of the employee.
