This particular position is based in Surrey BC with travel to surrounding regions in the Lower Mainland Area

**Key Responsibilities**

As an **Automotive Lift Installer/Equipment Service Technician/Foreman**, your role will encompass:
Organizing Team Members daily routines, qualifying and determining install times and required timelines. Training assistant Technicians to improve their skills and work ethics. Liaising with all National Team members and management to enhance daily operations. Following guidelines required by upper management. Instilling work ethic in your teams. Portraying 100% professionalism to our customers and other staff members. Lead by example.

Servicing and inspecting a variety of automotive equipment, including lifts, hoists, tire changers, and balancers.
- Responsible for installing large variety of automotive lifts
- Proficiently diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Preparing, presenting, and maintaining detailed inspection and service reports and work orders.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience through the recommendation of replacement parts or equipment accessories.
- Conducting site surveys and consultations for lift installations.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and mechanical upkeep of the company service van (with company-paid maintenance expenses).
- Adapting to work in diverse weather conditions.
- Completing general site cleanup upon project completion.
- Continuous self-improvement through company-sponsored training and certification programs.
- Deliveries of equipment in GTA for installations.

**Qualifications and Characteristics**:

- A valid Class 5 Driver's License in good standing - comfortable driving 5 Ton Truck is mandatory
- A robust background in mechanical troubleshooting and hands-on experience with electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using various tools and working with mechanics or electrical systems, whether through employment, hobbies, or volunteer work.
- Physical capability to handle tasks that involve bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying items weighing up to 100 pounds.
- The ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
- A keenness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training.
- Strong reliability, determination, and a proactive attitude.
- While preferred, prior experience as a millwright or certified automotive mechanic is not mandatory.
- Forklift Experience/License

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
