**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Agent to join our team at Far and Away Adventures. In this role, you will assist clients in planning their dream vacations while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will help travelers navigate their options and secure the best options for their journeys.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and tours.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for customers.
- Process payments and manage bookings efficiently using our reservation systems.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and suppliers.
- Knowledge of hospitality services and hotel accommodations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
