**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Help develop project plans, schedules, and identify milestones alongside the project manager and other team members.
- Ensure necessary equipment, materials and personnel are on site as per the project schedule.
- Act as the main point of contact and coordinate communications for the various departments and teams working on the project.
- Provide project manager and stakeholders with regular updates on the project status, including project schedule and budget.
- Maintain project records and prepare reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the mining or construction industries.
- Degree in Business Administration or engineering.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite, MS Project, P6, or SAP
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Detail oriented.
