As a Surveillance Manager, you will lead and work with the surveillance team and use your natural attention to detail to identify, investigate, and report suspicious activity, unusual play or deviations from internal controls.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage team performance while participating in surveillance activities
- Train, coach and provide corrective feedback and recognition of individual/team accomplishments
- Communicate with surveillance staff and management regarding investigations, and current issues
- Maintain knowledge of BCLC/AGLC, GPEB Policy and Procedure, FOIPPA and FinTrac
- Initiate and conduct investigations and provide timely reports

**What You Bring**
- Two years experience as a Surveillance Operator.
- Post -secondary degree, diploma or certificate in a related field is an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of Gateway, BCLC/AGLC and GPEB policies pertinent to casino and surveillance operations.
- Working knowledge of Criminal Code of Canada is an asset.
- Computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Ability to work in a dimmed, enclosed and controlled room in close proximity to colleagues.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Strong vision with ability to focus on a computer screen for long periods of time
- Enjoy mentoring others and leading by example.
- Are reliable, diligent, and have a high level of integrity.
- Cultivate a positive team-oriented, collaborative and communicative environment.
- Are resourceful, observant, and meticulous in all areas of your work.
- Are confident with your judgement and can clearly convey your findings in writing.
- Can assess situations carefully, are sensitive in dealing with people and proactive in providing solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, video monitors and recording equipment.
