**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a driven and organized **Project Coordinator** to help lead our field operations. You’ll oversee multiple landscape crews, ensuring top-tier service, team accountability, and strong client relationships. If you have leadership experience in landscaping and love creating systems that make work easier and more effective, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

Coordinate daily operations for field teams and site foremen

Track job progress, quality, and timelines across multiple properties Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new crew members Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction Use systems like Jobber and EOS tools to monitor performance Lead weekly meetings, site walkthroughs, and project reviews Assist with snow and ice control operations during winter months

**What We’re Looking For**

3-5 years of landscape, construction, or operations management experience

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Leadership mindset with a calm, solution-oriented approach Tech-savvy with experience in Jobber, spreadsheets, or CRM tools Able to work on-site full-time and adapt to seasonal demands
