**Job Overview**

Job Title**:Rooms Attendant Full-Time**

Reports To**:Housekeeping Supervisor**

Hotel**:The Court House Hotel, Thunder Bay**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the hotel's standards
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, and walking for extended periods

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Understanding of cleaning techniques and products used in the hotel industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week

**Benefits**:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7A 4B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
