**FINEX**:
As a Cyber Broker, FINEX at Purves Redmond Limited, you will manage an existing portfolio of clients, specializing in Cyber Insurance lines. You will oversee the renewal process, negotiate terms and pricing, provide risk management advice, and ensure the highest level of service to clients. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams.

**Role Description**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Manage the renewal process for Cyber lines of coverage, ensuring policies meet clients’ business needs, including market placement of insurance policies and risk management advice
- Negotiate terms, conditions and pricing of coverage with insurers for new and renewal business
- Review coverage and recommend adjustments as necessary to optimize protection
- Conduct technical reviews of policy documents, ensuring accuracy before presenting them to clients
- Request and follow-up on policy documents and amendments from insurers
- Work with internal stakeholders to produce client presentations on insurance terms and conditions
- Present terms and conditions of coverage to clients, working closely with internal stakeholders
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the broker management system (EPIC) and shared drives
- Represent Purves Redmond Limited at industry and client events to build and maintain relationships
- 5 years of experience in Cyber and/or Financial Lines Insurance, either in Broking or Underwriting, is an asset
- Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a background in Computer Science is preferred
- Certifications and designations such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP), Certified Cyber Insurance Specialist (CCIS) and CompTIA Security+ are considered valuable assets
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess a valid Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) License, or willing to obtain
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities
- Strong commitment to client service excellence, with the ability to meet or exceed expectations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive learner, motivated to develop and grow professionally
- Enjoys teamwork and collaborating
