Paladin Technologies Emergency Response Center is actively searching for multiple ‘Emergency Alarm Operators’ to join our Victoria-based Response Center, coordinating the emergency response for a varied portfolio of clients nationwide.

We offer multiple opportunities over a variety of different shift combinations that provide you with the flexibility to ensure you can schedule your work around your life

**CURRENT SHIFTS AVAILABLE**:

- Full-time
- 24/7 Operation: Monday to Sunday
- Afternoon/Evenings 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Overnight 8- or 10-hour shifts

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinating response to multiple types of emergency events including medical, fire and intrusion alarms.
- Providing telephone support across varying geographical regions.
- Utilizing technologies such as two-way audio and live video to escalate response for verified emergencies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Ability to remain calm and provide direction while responding to an emergency situation.
- Customer service, Dispatch, Hospitality and Outgoing Call Centre experience is an asset
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be able to follow instructions.
- Exercise mental flexibility and situational awareness within a team-based environment.
- Ability to ‘Think on your feet’ and remain calm under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingualism (French & English) would be considered an asset.
