Autobody Estimator

**Position Overview**

The **Autobody Estimator & Client Relations Manager** plays a dual and vital role at Custom Touch Autobody. This position combines **hands-on estimating and repair coordination** with **client relationship management and business growth** responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Estimating & Repair Coordination**
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate, detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell, CCC).
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to ensure estimates are transparent and repairs are completed on time and to standard.
- Coordinate repair timelines, parts ordering, and workflow between departments.
- Ensure all estimates comply with insurance and OEM repair procedures.
- Maintain exceptional customer service from intake through delivery, providing timely updates and follow-up.

**Business Development & Client Relations**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with **insurance partners, dealerships, fleets, and commercial clients**.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients to promote repeat and referral business.
- Represent Custom Touch Autobody at community and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotions to increase brand awareness.
- Track business development activities and report on progress, opportunities, and market trends.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as an **autobody estimator**, preferably in a collision repair environment.
- Strong knowledge of **collision repair processes, parts, and materials**.
- Experience with estimating platforms such as **Audatex, Mitchell, or CCC**.
- Proven ability in **sales, account management, or business development** (automotive experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and customer focus.
- Valid **Class 5 driver’s license** and clean driving record.
