**Job Summary**:
The Service Advisor is a customer service specialist who responds quickly and effectively to customer requests. The individual in this position is integral to the Service Department Team and in after-sale customer satisfaction.

**The job**:

- Be the liaison between customers and service technicians, keeping both up to date with information, needs, and estimated dates.
- Handle all customer and supplier interaction in a professional manner.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Accurately document all processes and vehicle conditions.
- Ensure customers are aware of all services needed for the vehicle.

**Shifts**: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hour shifts

**The requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in stress and time-sensitive situations.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and the drive to succeed
- Ability to use Microsoft Office is an asset
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset.
- Valid Driver's License and Motorcycle License upon employment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
