Key Responsibilities:

- Client-Centric Approach: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties while providing expert guidance, personalized service, and a focus on meeting their specific needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about local real estate trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Listings and Sales: List properties, market them effectively, negotiate offers, and close transactions to the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various means, including prospecting, networking, referrals, and utilizing brokerage-wide leads.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to expand your network and grow your business.
- Administrative Support: Utilize the administrative and marketing support provided by The Realty Firm to streamline your operations and focus on client interactions.
- Continuous Learning: Attend training sessions and stay updated with industry best practices and regulations, taking advantage of hybrid and work-from-home training opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Active Ontario Real Estate License or currently enrolled in the Humber College program
- Proven work ethic and a commitment to professionalism
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct
- Outgoing, personable, and empathetic nature
- A strong desire for success and goal achievement
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $1.00-$200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
