Job Summary:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Arrange transportation and facilitate the movement of goods based on customer demands, including cross-border, domestic, FTL, LTL
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents, creating packing slips, BOL’s, labels, custom documents
- Provide and track quotations of services to our customers
- Identify, follow up and resolve shipping claims and problems.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery orders with trucking companies identifying best carrier and cost based on a routing guide.
- Prompt and accurate communication with internal and external customers
- Various other duties as may be required

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years experience in preparing the necessary documents and organizing outbound transport in a B2B environment (LTL and carriers) within Canada and to USA
- Experience with customer portals, ASN’s, electronic shipping documents
- Experience with WMS systems
- Experience with brokering operations or dispatch operations (an asset)
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong time management; able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
- Bilingual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beauharnois, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
