Swamper/labourer

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with safety practices in a labor environment is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
