As a DC Lead you will be responsible for supporting the DC management team in monitoring the daily functions of filling warehouse orders, loading, unloading, receiving, distribution, and storage of all products in the warehouse.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Leading a small-to-medium sized team of associates and supporting the management team of the entire Distribution Center.
- Effectively handle complaints and proactively resolve any problems
- Perform duties that include receiving, picking, packing, labeling, and shipping products.
- Operate forklift and walkie.
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper use of warehouse management software and handheld scanners.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facility
- Comply with all health and food safety guidelines.
- Comply with organizational core values, policies, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned

**Things you will need**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to lift up to 55lbs
- Attention to detail
- Forklift Experience is an asset
