Assistant Superintendent

Goldview Property Management Ltd. is seeking an experienced, full-time cleaner/assistant superintendent for a Condominium site in Toronto.

The following qualities would be beneficial:

- have experience with Condominiums
- possess attention to detail
- have experience coordinating the implementation of repairs
- Have experience with mechanical systems (fire safety equipment, heat pumps, hot water heaters, etc.)
- Have experience with cleaning (condominiums, commercial, etc.)
- Have experience driving a tractor trailer
- possess experience with contractors and maintenance personnel
- are reliable;
- are flexible (weekend and on-call coverage);
- are organized;
- exercise good and sound judgement;
- have excellent oral communication skills;
- have excellent interpersonal skills;
- take initiative;
- possess, at minimum, a secondary (high school) graduation certificate;
- have the ability to handle up to 23 kgs (50 lbs);
- have the ability to assist with winter snow removal/maintenance;
- have the ability to carry out small repairs/painting, as required
- no criminal background (checks will be conducted);
- possesses a valid Ontario driver’s license
- possesses a WHMIS Certificate; and
- fluency in English an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- superintendent: 3 years (preferred)
- condominium superintendent: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
