In a busy office environment, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- project startup and closeout documentation
- detailing job specifics to be ready for the construction site
- project scheduling
- provide quotations and materials according to project contracts
- maintain a good relationship with clients, trades, suppliers and engineers through issuing tender packages, defining scope of work, answering inquiries and monitoring progress
- manages all project documentation including requests for information, site instruction, shop drawings and submittal process
- maintain and update all change orders in accounting software
- procure all necessary permits related to project execution
- resolving contract issues as they arise
- monthly schedule of values

Looking for 5 years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
