Bicycle Delivery Expert

Do you love riding your bike? Do you want to earn money at the same time? This position brings the two together with the opportunity to deliver Domino’s orders using your bike or e-bike

The Bike Delivery Expert’s role is crucial within the Domino’s system. With the majority of orders leaving the store for delivery during dinner hours, the Bike Delivery Expert’s primary job is to get the order to the customer quickly, safely, and with a smile.

Bike delivery experts are expected to move quickly on their feet, and to be friendly and courteous with customers and other team members. Cash handling and basic math skills are a must as all Delivery Experts are expected to handle cash and card payments in a safe manner. Each bike delivery expert is expected to be presentable by following Domino’s personal image and grooming standards.

Functions:
Delivery Experts will deliver orders to customers’ homes and places of work. To do so, they must collect orders and ensure all items are included. Pack the orders into insulated bags, walk quickly to their bike, and then safely deliver the order to the customer’s location. Upon arrival, delivery experts hustle to the customer’s door and greet all customers in a friendly manner, hand over their order and collect payment if necessary.

Qualifications:
All Bike Delivery Experts must have the following:

- Your own bike or e-bike in good working order
- A helmet and a backpack for carrying order items
- Experience riding a bike in the community of our location
- Familiarity with bike repairs, maintenance and handling is preferred
- The willingness to perform deliveries in a variety of weather conditions
- Great communication skills

Rates
- $3.00 per/delivery + tips on bike (small-sized limited delivery zone of approx. 2.5km)
- $3.50 per/delivery + tips on e-bike (medium-sized limited delivery zone of approx. 3.5km)
- $4.00 per/delivery + tips by car (full delivery zone)
