**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct facilities maintenance to ensure all areas are in good working condition.
- Provide custodial services such as restroom sanitation and waste disposal.
- Respond to customer service inquiries regarding cleaning services with professionalism.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Lift heavy objects as required for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous custodial experience or commercial cleaning background is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Capacity for heavy lifting and physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the day.
