**Position Overview**

The Partnership Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships, specific to the insurance industry. This includes client outreach, entertainment, conflict resolution, and networking within the industry. The incumbent will be responsible for both internal and external event planning including our marquee event (Lobsterfest), staff holiday party and sponsored industry events. They will also support the VP, Sales & Marketing in building and maintaining a dynamic social media and website presence.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Establish new and prospective clients to network and generate sales, while regularly checking in with existing clients
- Organize, schedule, attend, and execute industry network and association events
- Lead NPS survey (quality questionnaire) analysis and work with internal stakeholders to address. Contact customers & clients as required
- Monitor all website and social media comments. Respond to inquiries, comments, concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain marketing materials and sales collateral in support of sales team and project managers. Oversee all aspects including budget, inventory, ordering etc.
- Build a comprehensive marketing strategy and plan (with milestones) to increase sales
- Keep a weekly schedule of client lists, generated sales and leads
- Provide weekly marketing report, highlighting successes and opportunities
- Analyze data on sales results and develop plans to address gaps
- Collaborate with VP, Sales & Marketing to develop lead generation plans
- Educate clients on the Canstar Program. Highlight our communication philosophy, commitment, and community initiatives.
- Utilization of a CRM to track all leads and client communication
- Work effectively with internal PMs, peers, and other departments
- Participate in the corporate culture and live the company values of integrity, pride, respect, our team and dependability

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience_
- Diploma or degree in sales and/or marketing is considered an asset
- Three years’ experience in a sales and/or marketing capacity (experience with restoration and insurance industry is an asset)
- Experience running multiple social media platforms and executing brand strategy
- A working knowledge of the property restoration business is preferred but not required
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities _
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organized
- Strong and effective communication skills (verbal and written). Must be timely and reliable with all communications.
- Effective at managing and resolving escalated complaints from customers and clients
- Ability to use technology proficiently (MS Office)
- A criminal record check is required

**Working Conditions**:

- Offers flexible hybrid working environment (office, client visits, home)
- Travel within the Lower Mainland to visit Canstar branches and client offices is required (includes eastern Fraser Valley and Squamish-Pemberton Valley)
- Must be flexible to work overtime, evenings, and weekends on occasion
