### Duties:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business goals.
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximizing conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, to increase website traffic and customer acquisition.
- Monitor website analytics and use data-driven insights to improve performance and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

## Skills:

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, such as WordPress or Shopify, including website development and customization.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for website design and optimization.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, to track website performance and user behavior.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or other database querying languages for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques for effective online promotion.

**Experience**:

- Tourism Industry Experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
