**Introduction**:
The eCommerce Assistant plays a crucial role in the effective management and optimization of our online stores. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and adjust product pricing as necessary.
- Create and manage product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Facebook/Instagram.
- Upload products to the Shopify Webstore, ensuring alignment with brand standards and imagery.
- Develop and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and compelling presentation of product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product and homepage video images to enhance site performance.
- Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred: Demonstrated experience in eCommerce management.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Facebook/Instagram marketplaces.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment or customer service role, or prior experience in eCommerce.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
